Here is the Blue Tongue Lizard I discovered back in the yard as I was watering.. have to say he/she gave me a slight fright!

OMG A slight fright ????? I would have had tears running down my legs :frenchroom: They would have had to come get me and take me away,Ha Ha. Do they bite ? How big do they get ? big enough, I can see that. All Aussies ,BE CAREFUL.Peachey you amaze me !!! Luv Ya !!.........Caddy :friends:

Peachey, how exciting to see your blue tongue skink!!! We actually have some here in our home (USA). We have always liked them and think they are very personable. Nice pictures!!!!

Funny our Bluie's are gray and white must be different species but they are all lovely pussy cats to handle :)

Our blue tongue skinks are also more grey-brown and white and not as colorful as Peachey's. It could be the lighting, but those are great photos of the skink, especially with the blue tongue out.

Thanks Peachey, my husband loves these pictures. Our blue tongues are drab compared to your blotched. They are very personable skinks compared to others that you have in your country.....

Our's must be a slightly different variation as well.

Not as colourful as Peachey's.

I guess this is not very nice as Mr. Bluey probably doesn't think I am too cute either...but this is definately only a face a mother would love! Yuck...I do not like them, they look slimy!
