2 packages active dry yeast
1 cup warm water, (105 to 115 deg.)
4 cups all purpose flour, DIVIDED
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons honey

I use a food processors so here is the change in the original recipe:

Place 2-1/2 cups of flour in processor with salt. Dissolve yeast in water in measuring cup. Add to flour thru tube while processor on. Then add melted butter, egg and honey. Process. Add additional flour (1-1/2 cup). Process to form a stiff dough. Place in a well greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about an hour. I turn my oven light on and let it rise there.

Punch dough down; turn dough out on a lightly floured surface, and turn to coat with flour; divide into four parts. Divide each fourth into three parts. Divide these twelve pieces in half for twenty four rolls. Place on grease baking pan. Cover and let rise for 20 to 25 minutes until double in size. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter. ENJOY!
