I was only able to take pics from inside so they arent that great .... wonder whats the go with his look? This galah seems to be eating and flying ok!

Now that I see the closeup of this galah it looks like he took a mudbath or possibly got into some roadwork where the road was being tarred. He does not look burned, nor do his feathers look like they were partially burned off. It looks like mud or some dark food item caked on his feathers....even his beak like he was down and dirty in a mud puddle or dark food items head first. He looks very healthy otherwise.
