½ cup green onions chopped
2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
2 teaspoons salt (I always half the salt)
1 teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Hot peppers ground, I chop them (1 to 2 and the pepper of you heat level)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix together all the ingredients to make a paste. A food processor fitted with a steel blade is ideal for this. Rub on meat and grill or bake.
