6 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
juice of 2 Limes
1 clove garlic, chopped
Boneless chicken breast fillets, tenderloins or chicken legs and wings.
Preparation: 45 min › Cook: 15 min › Ready in: 1 hour
In a shallow container, blend soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lime juice and garlic. Place chicken breasts into the mixture, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes or if time permits overnight.
Preheat barbecue for high heat.
Lightly oil cooking barbecue hotplate. Discard marinade, and cook chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.
Serve with steamed rice and vegetables of your liking. You may alter ingredient amounts to suit your taste or even use chicken legs or wings!
